WHO WE ARE

My name is Manuel Lopes and i am co-founder and President of Grupo Play2Care.

I have been pre-diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2001 and received a final diagnose of Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) in 2004 at the age of 26.Since then i have come across many people with Neurological and Debilitating diseases.

Although the are a lot of foundations that support research in the field and support with experimental treatments, many day to day needs of patients are still often not attended to.

I started to plan a way to help out in early 2015 with my Initiative Allin4MS that organized poker tournaments in aid of MS patients.

​

That idea got developed and with the precious help of my close family and friends we have turned into a fully registered non-profit association in late 2016.

​

Our goal is to help people affected by these diseases so they can lead a productive and comfortable life. We donate exclusively trough recognized crowdfunding platforms and publish all the case details on our Social Media so that you always know exactly who you are helping and can follow their case and interact or help further.

​

Today a lot more people volunteer with Play2Care and we have already a growing list of great partners that help us pursue our fundraising goals.

We are forever thankfull to all of them and we know this is the start of something great!
